A Message to the Sisters of Relief Society
“I testify that Jesus Christ is relief. Through the Atonement of Jesus Christ, we may be relieved of the burden and consequences of sin and be succored in our infirmities. And because we love God and have covenanted to serve Him, we can partner with the Savior to help provide temporal and spiritual relief for those in need, and in the process find our own relief in Jesus Christ.” President Camille N. Johnson, “Jesus Christ Is Relief,” April 2023. The sisters of our stake look for opportunities to serve our neighbors throughout the Skagit Valley; watch for current service projects and sign-ups through your ward Relief Society.

Paint Night
Most of the women who came to our last paint night had never picked up a brush before. By the end of the evening every easel held a sunset, and no two were alike. There was food, there was laughing, and nobody was graded.
That is the whole idea. You do not need to be an artist, you do not need to come with anyone, and you do not need to have been to Relief Society before. Come as you are, we will save you a seat and hand you a brush.
We are doing it again. Watch the calendar above, or reach out and we will make sure you hear about the next one.
